About the company

Schibsted Media Group is an international media group with around 7,400 employees. Schibsted has operations in 27 countries. Schibsted's strategy is twofold: further development of our media houses and establishment of online classifieds services.

Strong media houses form the core of our business, and our growth strategy is based on close interaction between different media channels. Our goal is to develop our business so that we can provide our users with a wide and varied offering irrespective of the channel they choose. Schibsted's multitude of products are bound together by a strong tradition of editorial freedom and our ability to adapt to a media market in rapid development.

Our international classified ads operations were organized into a separate company in 2008, Schibsted Classified Media (SCM). The company currently has operations in many countries worldwide, most of them based on Swedish's recipe for success.

In Norway, the collaboration between the regional newspapers Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and Fædrelandsvennen was formalized by the creation of the media company Media Norway in 2009. The aim is to exploit the advantages of economies of scale through editorial and commercial cooperation. In 2012, VG and Schibsted Forlag were added to this company, and the name was changed to Schibsted Norge.

About the collaboration

ProsessPilotene have contributed with project management, consultancy and related migration from SuperOffice to Dynamics CRM for Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad, and Fædrelandsvennen as well as Adressavisen.
