We stay up-to-date on all relevant products that can be used with Dynamics CRM and as such extend the finished functionality you can get "out of the box". ProsessPilotene have selected a number of this type of products that we believe are the best in their respective fields. We habe built these products and our own components into a finalized setup that we believe all customers need.
In this way we save a lot of time when installing new systems and, perhaps most importantly, we resolve common issues in the same way for all customers. This makes it easier for us to offer good support with less dependency on individuals, offer new functionality, and find common solutions to issues that may arise from new major releases of Dynamics CRM. We call our standard setup "ProcessPilotene Basis CRM", and we offer this together with a support agreement for our customers' customized implementation of Dynamics CRM.
Close collaboration with Microsoft
ProsessPilotene have the status of Managed Partner with Microsoft. This is the highest possible level of partnership with Microsoft and is reserved for those companies that contribute unique expertise and experience.
This includes ongoing collaborative activities and priority access to resources and knowledge at Microsoft.
ProsessPilotene were named as "CRM Online Partner of the Year" by Microsoft in 2015.

The expertise in Dynamics CRM in the Norwegian market is spread thinly over many actors, where CRM is only one of many priorities. ProsessPilotene aim to build a large professional community focused exclusively on Dynamics CRM. Many of the key people at ProsessPilotene have experience in developing large professional forums for CRM, and we believe this offers significant advantages when it comes to developing knowledge, reusable solutions, and not least the ability to provide good service.
The company was founded in 2011 by experienced CRM experts and after an establishment period that focused on the first major CRM implementations and development of the company methodology and best practices, we started a growth phase in 2015.
At the end of 2015 ProsessPilotene had 11 employees and 60 customers spread across various industries and sizes. The plan is to continue growing in the coming years.
